Ethical Production

Our support for a small Balinese family business
We're proud to work with a small family business in Bali, where just two skilled masters, husband and wife, are involved in crafting our garments. We also partner with a small family-run business from rural Indonesia that produce all our eco-print. We make sure to meet every individual who contributes to the production process personally. We've built relationships based on mutual respect, trust, and shared values, creating a workspace that is as nurturing as it is professional.
As an ethical brand, we value collaboration with likeminded businesses. The global fashion industry is notorious for exploitative practices, with many workers underpaid, overworked, and subjected to unsafe conditions. At Pure Ahi, we reject this model entirely. We believe that ethical production isn't just about treating people fairly, it's about creating a ripple effect of positive change in the industry.
Our promise
The tailors involved in production are paid on average three times the local garment worker rates in Indonesia.
The working environment is safe, supportive, and empowering, fostering creativity and productivity.
We understand that perfection is an impossible standard, but we want you to know how deeply we care about transparency and ethical practices. At Pure Ahi, every garment celebrates the craftsmanship, care, and connection that goes into each piece. When you choose to support our brand, you're not just selecting sustainable fashion; you're also helping to empower a small team of dedicated artisans who pour their heart and soul into their work. Thank you for being a vital part of this journey with us.
